Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love everything you purchase from At Home by Laura. However, if something isn’t quite right, here’s how our returns process works:

Non-Returnable Items
  • Sale items, seconds, special offers, large & vintage furniture items, and any product that has been discounted in any way are strictly non-returnable.

  • Jewellery and scarves are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.​

All Other Returns
  • For all other eligible items, returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase.

  • Items must be returned in immaculate, resaleable condition.

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

  • All returns must be pre-authorised. To receive a returns reference, please email us at athomebylaura@gmail.com with your order number and a brief reason for return.

  • Items returned without a returns reference may not be accepted or refunded.

Damaged or Faulty Items
  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

Handling Fee

As a small business, rising costs in packaging and courier services have made it necessary for us to apply a small handling fee to returned items:

  • For non-fragile items under £30, a £1 handling charge will apply.

  • For fragile items, a 10% handling fee (up to a maximum of £10) will be applied unless otherwise stated or agreed in advance.
