Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love everything you purchase from At Home by Laura. However, if something isn’t quite right, here’s how our returns process works:

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, seconds, special offers, large & vintage furniture items, and any product that has been discounted in any way are strictly non-returnable.

Jewellery and scarves are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.​

All Other Returns

For all other eligible items, returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase.

Items must be returned in immaculate, resaleable condition.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

All returns must be pre-authorised. To receive a returns reference, please email us at athomebylaura@gmail.com with your order number and a brief reason for return.

Items returned without a returns reference may not be accepted or refunded.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

Handling Fee
As a small business, rising costs in packaging and courier services have made it necessary for us to apply a small handling fee to returned items:

For non-fragile items under £30, a £1 handling charge will apply.

For fragile items, a 10% handling fee (up to a maximum of £10) will be applied unless otherwise stated or agreed in advance.
